[Crystal] White screens in NuClient


NuClient cannot display live view and shows white screen.


Root Cause

1. The video graphic card doesn't support OpenGL 2.0.

2. OpenGL 2.0 is disabled due to you login the Client PC via RDP (Remote desktop), it will disable OpenGL automatically.

2. 由於透過遠端桌面協議程式由一台本地端的電腦登入安裝有NuClient的遠端電腦時,將OpenGL的功能停用了導致的問題。


1. Make sure the video graphic card supports OpenGL 2.0 then upgrade it to latest driver.

1. 確認電腦的影像繪圖卡(影像繪圖晶片)有支援OpenGL 2.0的版本,同時將電腦的影像繪圖卡(影像繪圖晶片)的驅動程式更新至最新版本。

2. Disable RDP and login NuClient PC locally. If you have to login the NuClient PC remotely, please download Team viewer on their official website then open the Team viewer session in the NuClient PC.

2. 透過本機操作的方式操作安裝有NuClient的電腦,避免使用遠端桌面協議程式的方式遠端登入。如果無可避免你需要透過遠端登入,我們建議你安裝Teamviewer這支遠端桌面協議程式登入,你可以前往Teamviewer的官方網站下載軟體、安裝並執行。
