Error code: 12 / The serial number type is not corresponding

Symptom

An error message "The SN type is not corresponding. (Error code: 12)" pops up, after clicking the "Activate Button" in License Management Tool.

當操作序號管理工具按下啟用按鍵欲啟用序號時，錯誤訊息"序號種類 (序號資訊) 不相符.(錯誤代碼:12)"彈出顯示。

 

Cause

1.  Activating a serial number on different type of NUUO product. Eg. activating CMS connection license in Mainconsole or activating NVRmini1 camera license number in NVRmini2.

1.  欲嘗試啟用與產品不相符的序號，例如：在Mainconsole產品上欲嘗試啟用CMS產品的序號，或者是在NVRMini2產品上嘗試啟用NVRMini1的序號。

Solution 

1.  Make sure your input license is for the right product.

1.  請務必確認使用了對的序號在對的產品上啟用。
