[Mainconsole] Where can I find out the dump file?

Description
NUUO software will terminate and create a dump file whenever the program encounters a critical error.

Solution
The dump file contains information we need to solve the problem so if your software experiences a system dump, please send the dump file to Zendesk.

The dump file can be found inside the [dump] folder in the NUUO installation directory.
Mainconsole:
32 bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\NUUO\SCB_IP\dump
64 bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\NUUO\SCB_IP\x64\dump
Client:
C:\Program Files (x86)\NUUO\Surveillance_Client\dump
 
And please also run our Information collector and send us the collected information for diagnosis.
1. Select General Setting > Diagnostic Service to launch Diagnostic tool. 
 
2. Choose the time range of the crash issue then click "Start Collection" to collect system info.
