How to set up audio recording in Mainconsole?
Why there is no audio recording?
1. Please verify that your camera model is in our Mainconsole Camera support list and has the audio feature integrated.
2. Please verify "the record audio" function is enable on the camera recording schedule.
3. If this function is enable and still cannot record the camera audio please kindly contact us on our eHelpDesk. (To provide us the camera FW and public IP for troubleshooting)
