Recording Days on Disk shows NA in CMS

Even when VMS/NVR is recording properly, information on "Recording Days on Disk" in CMS Client shows N/A.
Root Cause
Recording Server needs to start recycling at least once, so CMS client can calculate how many days can be recorded (by the Recording Server).
User shall wait for the Recording Server to finish the recycling procedure at least once.
