You have seen error codes ,when you activate licenses.
You may have some incorrect operations or some issues happen on your network.
1.If you have seen any error code pop up ,no matter you activate by online or offline activation, please fill up info required in the ezNUUO Support Form and contact NUUO via eHelpdesk. We will help you troubleshoot the issue.
2.You have encountered offiline activation failed on your site,but you can successfully offline activate licenses after you send us your offline pack , then we activate it and send the .dll back to you to import on your server :
You should confirm your network is connecting to internet , then you can communicate with License Server.
PS. You can check "Test email" or "NAT Server" working or not,then you will know your network
is connecting to internet or not.
