How to upgrade Nuclient in NuStation and solve error message

Description 

The following procedures demonstrate how to upgrade Nuclient in NuStation. 

Method

Step 1.  Please download the latest firmware from the NUUO download page.And put the firmware into the USB flash drive, and make sure the USB flash drive is NTFS format

Step 2. Insert the USB flash drive into NuStation.

Step 3. Access the NuClient menu: Click “Upgrade.”

Step 4. Follow the instruction of the upgrade window: Click “OK” then the upgrade process will be automatically executed.

Please notice that once you upgrade, you Can Not downgrade.

Solving error message 

If customers have Error message when upgrading Nuclient, please refer to the error handling.

# Error Type 1: No upgrade package in the USB flash drive. Please check again.

       Error Handling:

• 1. Make sure you’ve inserted the USB flash drive in the USB slot.
• 2. Make sure you’ve put the upgrade package in the USB flash drive.

# Error Type 2: Downgrade is not accepted. Please reload the latest upgrade package.

       Error Handling:

• 1. Downgrade is not acceptable.
• 2. Make sure you’ve put the latest upgrade package in the USB flash drive.

# Error Type 3: Multiple upgrade packages detected. Please keep the expected one.

      Error Handling:

• 1. Multiple upgrade packages in the USB flash drive is not allowed.
• 2. Make sure just only one upgrade package you expect to use in the USB flash drive.
