Why does NuClient show "Max" with disconnection icon on live view?

Symptom

NuClient shows "Max" with disconnection icon on live view, but playback is working normally.

Root Cause

NuClient tried to get the stream from the Recording server but fail due to the Recording server output the session number more than maximum live view connection (the default value is 320 per Recording server)

Note: One grid in live view means one live view session.

Solution

Step 1: Please login NuClient then go to "System Overview > Client Overview" to check that who login the Management server currently.

Step 2: Once you confirm that, please check the total live view connection number of each NuClient PC is lower than the maximum live view connection number.
