How to upgrade Device Pack

[Notice]
1. Device pack can not downgrade to previous version.
2. Must install Mainconsole software before install device pack.
3. NVRmini 2 can not downgrade to DP v1.19 with v1.5.0.
4. Titan NVR NT-4040(R) and NT-8040R can not downgrade to DP v1.19 with v1.3.0. 

Solution

1.  Please go to Device Pack download page in NUUO official website here. Select and download Device Pack file for associated model.

2.  For NVRmini2/NVRSolo/Solo_Plus/Titan/Crystal, please browse into NVR webpage via Internet Explorer for Device Pack upgrade procedures.

     A.  For NVRmini2:

Please go to "Firmware Upgrade" tab in "Upgrade" sub page under "System" page in NVRmini2 setting. Browse to import the downloaded Device Pack file and click OK.

     B.  For NVRSolo:

Please go to "Firmware Upgrade" tab in "Upgrade" sub page under "System" page in NVRSolo setting. Browse to import the downloaded Device Pack file and click OK.

     C.  For Solo_Plus:

Please go to "Firmware Upgrade" tab in "Upgrade" sub page under "System" page in Solo_Plus setting. Browse to import the downloaded Device Pack file and click OK.

     D.  For Titan:

Please go to "Firmware Upgrade" tab in "Upgrade" sub page under "System" page in Titan setting. Browse to import the downloaded Device Pack file and click OK.

     E.  For Crystal:

          a.  Please browse into Crystal webpage via Internet Explorer. Select "Login type" as "Web Server" and fill-in with correct administrator account/password. And click on "Login" then.

          b.  Please go to "Firmware Upgrade" tab in "Upgrade" sub page under "System" page in Crystal setting. Browse to import the downloaded Device Pack file and click OK.

3.  For Mainconsole, please download and decompress Device Pack file. Find and execute "SetupTool.exe" in decompressed Device Pack folder. Follow instructions to complete Mainconsole Device Pack upgrade.
