Symptom Cannot see images via Mobile Application (iViewer) Cause 1. You may have improperly configured stream profile settings.
2. You may be using unsupported camera models. Solution 1. Please Enable your "Stream Profile" option in Second Stream Setting. If your recording server is an NVRmini 2 below is for your reference. 2. NVRmini 2, Solo/Solo plus, Titan and Crystal require cameras with built-in multi streaming function to support viewing via mobile client. Please refer to the latest supported camera list on NUUO website. |
