ezNUUO Registration Error code: 2

Symptom

While registering a server ID for ezNUUO service, it shows "Failed to register server ID Error code: 2" on NVRsolo web page.

當在操作NVRSolo Web伺服器服務頁面註冊ezNUUO的ID時,跳出錯誤訊息"Failed to register server ID Error code: 2"。


Cause

1.  Network is not stable and P2P server is not accessible.

1.  網路不穩或是P2P伺服器無法存取。

2.  The web client cannot connect with the P2P server.

2.  客戶端的NVR網頁伺服器服務無法連上P2P伺服器。


Solution

1.  Please upgrade to the latest FW version, upgrade link

1.  請先將NVR的韌體更新到最新版本,韌體載點連結

2.  Please check if you can connect to the internet (for example www.google.com) by using a PC in the same LAN of the NVR. If not, please consult your IT administrator.

2.  請透過一台與NVR相同網段的電腦驗證看看能否存取網際網路(例如:www.google.com),如果不行,請連繫你的網路管理員排解問題。

3.  Please check the Network Setup on the NVRsolo:

3.  請確認你的NVRSolo的網路設定:

Please go to web page of the NVR, and enter correct DNS settings. For example, please enter 8.8.8.8.

請先登入NVR Web伺服器服務頁面,並輸入正確的網域名稱系統(DNS)設定,例如:8.8.8.8。
Please also make sure the selected "internet interface(WAN)" is connected with the internet.

請確認選擇了確實能夠存取網際網路的網路介面並指定他給NVR外網(WAN)使用。

4.  Disable the firewall on Windows, and try again. 

4.  關閉Windows作業系統的防火牆,然後再嘗試一次看看。

5.  Disable the firewall on Router and try again.

5.  關閉路由器的防火牆,然後再嘗試一次看看。
