ezNUUO error code 10005 (connection stopped)


Error message pops up when logging in a NVRsolo at www.eznuuo.com: "Connection stopped abnormally. Please make sure the network is stable and bandwidth is enough. (error code: 10005) "


The network condition is not good, or the network bandwidth is not enough. The connection was stopped abnormally.


1. Check the network connection on both NVR side and client side. If possible please use a faster network connection.
2. If it is still NOT working, please fill in ezNUUO Support Form and contact NUUO via eHelpdesk.
