Unable to Display Liveview/Playback in IE browser [Windows 8]

Description

Unable to display Liveview or Playback in IE under Windows 8 and C++ Run Time Error pops out.

Root Cause

Add-ons are not installed correctly and without administrator privileges.

 

 

Solution

1. Remove 'NVSWebAll_2_2_0' folder in 'C:\Users\Public Documents\'.
2. Remove 'NUUO' folder in 'C:\Users\$USERNAME\AppDataRoaming\'.
3. Run IE with administrator privileges.
4. Go to Web Live View page download and install ActiveX again.
