如何透過網際網路看到NUUO產品的及時影像以及回放？

Solution 

Step 1: Check the port number of live view and playback port for each server as below. 

步驟一：請先依據下方表格資訊逐一檢查NUUO產品伺服器的及時影像以及回放所使用的埠號。

NVRmini3/Solo/Mainconsole

Default Web Port	80

Default Playback Port	5160

Default RTSP port (Mainconsole only)	554

內建網頁伺服器使用的預設埠號	80
及時瀏覽服務使用的預設埠號	5150
遠端回放服務使用的預設埠號	5160

RTSP伺服器服務使用的預設埠號 (僅限NUUO Mainconsole產品)	554

Titan NVR

Default Web Port	80
Default Live View and Playback Port	5250

Web伺服器使用的預設埠號	80
及時瀏覽服務以及遠端回放服務使用的預設埠號	5250

Crystal

Default Web Port	80
Default Management Server Port	5250
Default Recording Server Port (live view and playback)	5251
Default Metadata Server Port	5252

Web伺服器使用的預設埠號	80
管理伺服器服務使用的預設埠號	5250
錄影伺服器服務使用的預設埠號 (包含及時瀏覽服務以及遠端回放服務)	5251
Metadata伺服器服務使用的預設埠號	5252

You can change the port number to different port if it is necessary.

若有必要，你可以自行變更各個服務所使用的埠號。

Step 1:

For Mainconsole

Turn on Live Streaming and Remote Playback as follow:

透過以下方式開啟及時瀏覽服務以及遠端回放服務：

a. [General Setting]->[Network Service]->[Live Streaming]

a. [一般設定]->[網路服務]->[及時瀏覽]

     

b. [General Setting]->[Network Service]->[Remote Playback]

b. [一般設定]->[網路服務]->[遠端回放]

For NVRmini3

a. Go to [Network Setup]->[Network Service]->[Web Service]->[Web Server / Management Port: 80]

a. 請前往NVR web伺服器提供的頁面，並至以下路徑確認[網路設定]->[網路服務設定]->[Web服務]->[Web伺服器管理埠：80]

b. Go to [Network Setup]->[Network Service]->[Live View & Playback Service]->[Live Streaming Server / Port: 5150] and [Playback Server / Port: 5160]

b. 請前往NVR web伺服器提供的頁面，並至以下路徑確認[網路設定]->[網路服務設定]->[遠端及時瀏覽及回放服務]->[遠端及時瀏覽伺服器通訊埠：5150]以及[回放系統伺服器通訊埠：5160]

For Titan NVR

a. Go to [Network Setup]->[Network Service]->[Web Service / Web Server / Management Port: 80]

a. 請前往NVR web伺服器提供的頁面，並至以下路徑確認[網路設定]->[網路服務設定]->[Web服務]->[Web伺服器通訊埠：80]

b. Go to [Network Setup]->[Network Service]->[Streaming Server / Port: 5250]

b. 請前往NVR web伺服器提供的頁面，並至以下路徑確認[網路設定]->[網路服務設定]->[管理伺服器服務]->[管理伺服器命令埠：5250]

For Crystal

a. Go to [Network Setup]->[Network Service]->[Management Service: 5250]

a. 請前往NVR web伺服器提供的頁面，並至以下路徑確認[網路設定]->[網路服務設定]->[管理伺服器服務]->[管理伺服器命令埠：5250]

b. Go to [Network Setup]->[Network Service]->[Recording Service: 5251]

b. 請前往NVR web伺服器提供的頁面，並至以下路徑確認[網路設定]->[網路服務設定]->[錄影伺服器服務]->[錄影伺服器WAN設定通訊埠：5251]

Note: Please fill in the public IP address of your router in the "IP address" column in "Recording Server WAN Settings". For more information, please refer to the Wiki Cannot see videos in Crystal NuClient through WAN.

注意：請先確認你NVR接上的路由器所取得的公開網域IP位址並據以填入錄影伺服器WAN設定裡的"IP位址"欄位，欲了解更多訊息，請參閱以下連結的Wiki文章Cannot see videos in Crystal NuClient through WAN.。

Step 3: Setup port forwarding for each server. You can setup the same port number for public and private port for the NVR. For example, below pic means user can access the web of NVRmini2 via "http://<public IP address>:8000".

步驟三：針對個別的NUUO伺服器設定在其接上的路由器上設定連接埠轉發，針對相關的服務，對內及對外你都可以使用相同的埠號。例如：下圖顯示你可以在路由器對外的網域中，透過以下的連結方式連到NVRMini2的web伺服器所提供的網頁服務：

"http://<public IP address>:8000"

Note:

1. Since each router have the different setting page, we recommend you to double check your router vendor to see if how to setup port forwarding.

2. If you have more than one Crystal Recording server in your network, please setup port forwarding to all of them.

3. If you cannot sure the port forwarding is working or not, please refer to this Wiki How to check the port forwarding is working?

注意：

1. 不同的路由器有不同的設定頁面，我們建議你向你的路由器供應商再次確認如何設定連接埠轉發相關功能。

2. 假若路由器底下連接有多台Crystal Recording Server，請逐一設定連接埠轉發相關功能。
