MainConsole recording shifted after deleting channel.

Description:

When the customer delete the channel in MainConsole. Instead of losing the recording, it remains recording data until it is recycled.

Solution:

If you want to re-order the recording back to original

1. Delete Ch5 to Ch8
2. Add Ch 9 
3. Re-Add Ch 5 to Ch8 back in order

 

What the recording data will be,  before, during and after this operation

How to prevent channel shifting

Solution 1. Replace channel information channel with new camera and continue the recording.

Solution 2. Instead of delete a channel, disable it as following.
