Playback video is not smooth even when CPU loading is under 80%

Symptom

System lagging when adding more channels during video Playback, even if CPU loading is under 80%.

Cause

1. Decoding any video is costly for CPU resource consumption. When user adds more channels in Playback mode, a higher CPU usage is required.

Solution

Reduce CPU usage: Playback system will automatically choose the optimum decoding pattern when CPU loading is too high (normally over 80%). The optimum decoding pattern will only decode key frames, instead of all of the frames in order to reduce CPU resource consumption.

Due to CPU capability limitation, user can add:

1. less channels in Playback mode, instead of all of them.
2. upgrade to a more powerful CPU unit.
