Downgrade Device Pack in Mainconsole

Description

If you are trying to downgrade your Mainconsole Device Pack, first you will have to uninstall "NUUO Device Pack for IP" and then re-install the desired Device Pack version*.

假若你想降版Mainconsole所使用的攝影機管理程式和套件，首先你必須先在Windows作業系統裡移除"NUUO Device Pack for IP"，然後在重新安裝你想要的攝影機管理程式和套件版本*。

Procedure 

Follow these steps to do "the uninstall and install procedure". Let's take Windows 7 as an example.
