Mainconsole Entry Point Error

Symptom

Open Mainconsole and then an error message "The procedure entry point..."shows up.


Root cause

Mainconsole server executes unmatched versions of *.dll files. This might be caused by the following reasons:

1. User has copied a different version *.dll file into the Mainconsole folder.

2. User has upgraded a patch for Mainconsole server only but has not upgraded client patch as well.

 

Solution

Remove Mainconsole then install it again.
