Remote live viewer has no play sound alert

Symptom

Play sound alert doesn't work even you already enabled the function of play sound alert on the Remote live viewer.

Cause

Play sound alert has to be set up on Mainconsole as well.

Solution

Please set up play sound action on event and action configuration on Mainconsole, and also enable play sound alert on Remote live viewer.

Steps:

1.Please set up play sound action and save the setting on Mainconsole

2.Go to "Notification"->check you properly select an audio file->Enable Paly sound alert ,

   then save the setting.
