Port forwarding on Crystal NVR

Purpose

There are 4 native ports used by Crystal: 80, 5250, 5251, and 5252; they corresponds to web, management service, recording service, and metadata service.

Since the services are independent, they need to be port forwarded to the client individually on different ports.

How to check the ports for services?

1. Access the web interface of NUUO Crystal

2. Go to Network Setup ==> Network Service

3. Enter the WAN IP and the port for the selected service

4. Complete this setting on recording service and metadata service
