How to restore Crystal to factory default.

Problem

1. Lost the NuClient account password.
2. Configuration file failure requires reconfiguration.
3. Transfer to the new site for new configuration.

Step

1. Reset the NVR hardware password. (If the password is lost)

How to reset Crystal/Titan web & installation wizard password to default?

2. Login to the NVR hardware web page and format all volumes. (Clear MS configuration)

3. Load default configuration. (Clear the hardware configuration)

After completion, you can start a new configuration.
