How to upgrade license from "Enterprise to Ultimate" or "Profession to Enterprise"?

Description

Upgrade Crystal licenses from Enterprise to Ultimate.


Solution

1. Please make sure that the "total channel numbers of activated Enterprise license" must be exactly the same as the "channel numbers of upgrade license".
2. For example, if there are 4 Enterprise channels activated on Crystal, user has to upgrade with 4-channels license, no more or no less.
   
    
3. Activate the upgrade license in Crystal.
    
4. The upgrade license will become Ultimate license, and the original Enterprise license will be void.
