Cannot log in to Crystal Titan Management Server through WAN

Symptom 

In certain conditions, users might fail to log in to Management Server through WAN connection.

Cause 

Limited upload bandwidth: Logging in to the Management Server requires an amount of bandwidth comsumption and if the bandwidth is insufficient, failure might be encountered.

​Solution 

Make sure that upload bandwidth on the Management Server site is sufficient enough to avoid limited bandwidth factor. 

The following is the minimum WAN upload bandwidth requirement from Management Server.

• 1 Recording Servers with 32ch - 1Mbps
• 5 Recording Servers with 32ch - 2Mbps
• 15 Recording Servers with 32ch - 4Mbps
