Symptom
A red exclamation mark appears beside the Volume, like the below picture:
Cause
Recording server can't write data into the HDD and the possible reasons are:
1. HDD itself is damaged.
2. Network is down
Solution
1. Check Crystal's hardware log and if the HDD is damaged, please replace it.
2. Check network connection. If it is caused by network issues, please drag the volume back to ''Available Volume Group'' and then put it back to the original ''Volume Group''. Please note that after dragging back the Volume, it will proceed with database repair and it won't record during that period of time

The broken volume repairing after waiting of repair re-occur.
What is the better solution for the Broken Volume_NFS? We tried to drag in available group and back to default. The previous video data restored for a minute re-occur to broken volume. The network is good we suspected the HDD.
