Symptom
Recording Server gets disconnected
Cause
User has input an incorrect password in Recording Server.
Solution
Input the correct Management Server login password in Recording Server web access => Network Service
=> Recording Service => Login Management Server web page.
Note: The input password of Management Server should be "NuClient login password", not "Web login password". Please refer to "What’s the username and password template of NUUO Crystal™?" to get more information.
