What’s the username and password template of NUUO Crystal™?

Symptom

While typing new password in NUUO Crystal™ Web access, this kind of message pops up.


Cause

Since user can set up different account usernames and passwords for Web access and NuClient for NUUO Crystal™, there are a few things to be noted:

Web:

1. Password length shall be between 6-20 characters long. It can only be in English, numbers, and underscores (_). Uppercase or lowercase are permitted.
2. Cannot add any other account.

Nuclient:

1. Password length shall be 64 characters long. It can be any in language and doesn’t have limitation of character’s type.
2. Username length should be 64 characters long. It can only be in English, numbers, underscores (_) and periods (.). Uppercase or lowercase are permitted.

Solution

Follow the above rules to create a new user account and password.
